Tariq Mehmood Khanzada, Deputy Director of Planning Sports Board Punjab, has said that sports talent will be hunt from all neglected cities of the province and they will be provided facilities to represent their states at the national level and ultimately Pakistan at the international level.
Talking to the media after reviewing the pace of work on cricket and football stadiums in Muridke, he said that there is a lot of talent in sports in Sheikhupura district and that was why various projects had been initiated to building sport complexes in the entire district. “We will fulfil the promise of establishing grounds and now it’s the duty of the people to take part in sports so that the hospitals go deserted.”
Project DS Muhammad Fahad, Assistant Director Planning Mubasher Shaheen Bhatti and Tehsil Sports Officer Muridke Shafqat Azim Jawa were also present on the occasion.
